Every time there is sn issue with the device( blow harder, mouth closer....) and i try and call smart start you can not get a hold of them. Call back option took 36hrs for a call back which then occured in the middle of the night. Still waiting for a call back from a supervisor, been only 7 days!!! Many issues with the device but most of all the advertisement of 24/7 service is just false
