Want refund for this nonsense. I took my car in to have it calibrated after having it at my house without being driven.
I was told I had to pay for a violation yet I had never driven the car even on the day of installation. I spoke to someone on the phone at smart start and they said that I must file a complaint to receive a refund. Its not fair that I should have to relinquish my funds for something that I'm not responsible for. Were dealing with faulty equipment here and something needs to be done to solve these issues your dealing besides throwing the problems to the customer at there expense.
