I was told that they would replace the box because it’s malfunctioning today when I got to the service store the manager of smart start Canada said that this is my fault that the box has condinsation in it. it’s from blowing in the box often because it’s malfunctioning.

Manager Shawn Jeffers decides he’s charges me $100 for screen replacement and 67 for a violation.

This if frustrating because if I don’t pay my vehicle will lock me out in a short period of time and cost me even more money. This is not how you treat people your stealing from my family.
