Smart Start - Paid for violations but I didn’t have any.

I had Two violations today when I down loaded. I never violate and my machine is beeping and all kinds of abnormal processes. My dealer could not change it due they did not have any extras. Please review and credit my account. I paid for two of them.

Do NOT go through Smart Start.. the ignition breathalyzers are a huge money pit. I have to pay monthly which is my fault of course and I accept that, the problem is, I have had 2 different machines due to faulty equipment..who has to pay?, I do! Of course you can fight...
