When you call Smart Start, you are put on hold or they tell you to leave a number so they can call you back. On hold you can wait 60 minutes or more which has happened to me often. If you leave a number which I have done a couple of times, they don't call back. So you wait on hold till somebody answers the call, then you ask questions which they don't know have a clue, they just don't know anything.

January 30th, I had an appointment at 9H15. Arrived at the dealer Ford,

told them that I had a interlock in my car. Before when I called for the appointment, I had mentioned it to the girl that gave me my appointment.

No problems everybody said. I told the mechanic not to start the car, he agreed. The horn blow. Called Smart Start, was told it was my responsibility. 50$ later. Could not get through Smart Start on the phone, waited at least 1 hour. No answer. Went home and called smart start, made another appointment with Ford, February 5th, got the code then when the mechanic was finished, something went wrong between the Ford mechanic and the Smart Start technician. The interlock has to be changed or modify. Was told I have to pay 65$,

This is my first month, two mistakes which were not mine but I have to pay because your service is not up to par.

Now I am asking you, what would you do? ?? Smart Start takes to long to answer calls, they don't have the answers. The only answer I get is that the person who has the interlock is responsible. If your technician would have directed the mechanic correctly this would not have happened.

Please, I am asking you, what would you do? Please answer
