Smart Start - Nightmare!
Problems, problems, problems. Device drained battery.
Stranded for hours. Device is totally inconsistent in its' readings. Company is in TX. Call and it is always your fault, you are not blowing correctly.
Very distracting also, worse than texting. Only had it 2 months and I've had countless problems. What an inconvenience, not to mention the cost involved-towing, cabs, lost work. The point is to allow you to drive to work, however I constantly fear that I will have a problem and not be able to make it to work.
I would check out other companies before getting involved with this company.
I feel that they are deceptive because they don't want to pay for all the problems associated with their faulty device. They try to blame you instead.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
Preferred solution: Just want to inform others.
