Smart Start - Worst company to deal with EVER

Smart start has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their staff is incompetent and rude and they tell you something different EVERY time you call. If you have to get an interlock, choose a different company. Believe me, you'll regret ever dealing with this company if you choose their device.

Smart Start - Paid for violations but I didn’t have any.

I had Two violations today when I down loaded. I never violate and my machine is beeping and all kinds of abnormal processes. My dealer could not change it due they did not have any extras. Please review and credit my account. I paid for two of them.
