Got a hold of corporate and they helped immensely to fix the situation. Resolved everything and although this experience was a nightmare, it was really nice how they helped resolve it after I got in touch with the right people.

O NOT USE SMART START!I had to get this installed in my car for four months after an early 00's problem because my first company I went through was bad (Lifesafer) but now I wish I had gone back to them!
First, they do not have a 24/7 emergency line. My next service date is January 19th and on December 23rd (the day before christmas eve) I was driving and it started saying SRVC LKOUT. This means that I didn't get it serviced in time but I had just been at the shop a week earlier. Anyways, becuase it was Saturday and Christmas I couldn't get any help and had to leave my vehicle stranded along with ruined Christmas plans because I could not drive anywhere.
I called this morning and was on hold for 45 minutes just to be told to call the mobile unit. I called the mobile unit and she said they couldn't help until at least tomorrow. So now, I have no car and am out $300 for a rental car so I could get to my family for Christmas.
I keep thinking i am going to wake up from this nightmare but the people at Smart Start do not seem to care at all about this problem even though it is 100% there fault.Just want to warn people that Intoxilock and Lifesafer are WAY better to get your IID from so please stay far far away from Smart Start
